No Affiliation with Publix

BogoBuzz is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Publix Super Markets, Inc. ("Publix"). The Service provides information about products and promotions available at Publix stores, but We are an independent service provider. Publix has not reviewed or approved the Service, and Publix is not responsible for the accuracy of any information provided through the Service.

Any trademarks, service marks, or trade names of Publix used in the Service are the property of Publix Super Markets, Inc. and are used for informational purposes only.

User Conduct and Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service, or which may harm the Company or users of the Service

The Service obtains product and pricing information from publicly available sources and third-party data providers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of such information.

Communications and Notifications

By using the Service and enabling notifications, You consent to receive communications from Us, including but not limited to:

• Push notifications about products You are tracking when they go on sale
• Alerts about deals, promotions, and BOGOs
• Service-related announcements and updates
• Administrative messages and customer support responses

You can manage Your notification preferences through the settings in the Application or Your Device settings. Opting out of certain communications may limit Your ability to use certain features of the Service.

We typically send notifications on Thursday mornings regarding weekly sales and promotions. The frequency and timing of notifications may vary based on Your tracking preferences and product availability.

App Store Terms

If You download the Application from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, You acknowledge and agree that:

• These Terms are between You and the Company only, and not with Apple Inc. or Google Inc.
• Your use of the Application must comply with the applicable App Store's terms of service
• The applicable App Store provider has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Application
• In the event of any failure of the Application to conform to any applicable warranty, You may notify the applicable App Store provider, and the App Store provider will refund the purchase price (if any) for the Application to You. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App Store provider will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Application
• The App Store provider is not responsible for addressing any claims You have or any claims of any third party relating to the Application or Your possession and use of the Application
• The App Store provider and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon Your acceptance of these Terms, the App Store provider will have the right to enforce these Terms against You as a third-party beneficiary

User Accounts

When You create an account with Us, You must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of Your account on Our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding any password or credentials You use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under Your account. You agree not to disclose Your password to any third party. You must notify Us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of Your account.

Indemnification

Termination

Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of this Terms and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service or 100 USD if You haven't purchased anything through the Service.
